Microcap 130/30/20 is a systematic, long/short US micro-cap equity strategy combining fundamental, technical, and peer-graph factors with a liquidity-aware risk model. A futures and/or etf overlay is used to manage portfolio level beta driven by our beta forecasts. Built to exploit the structural inefficiencies of a segment too small for most institutional capital and too thinly covered for traditional research to exploit. Our forecasting model demonstrates asymmetric predictive power, generating both positive and negative signals, while our shorting capabilities enable us to capitalize on downside opportunities.
